V.PS公告受DDoS攻击影响部分地区补偿1个月，然而实际不续费就不补偿
5月12日V.PS中文社区10:56发布补偿公告，我查看账户大板VPS并没有增加时间，于是当天11:59发工单询问客服，客服13:52回复工单并且补偿30天时长。
当天晚上9点半左右，机器被关了，我看了下后台是暂停的
我又发工单询问客服! 
客服回复：

Because your VPS expired on May 12, you can pay renewal invoice 35613 to renew your VPS.
