Dear Valued Customers,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of some important changes to our services, specifically concerning our partnership with China Unicom AS4837 in San Jose.
Effective immediately, DMIT will no longer be cooperating with China Unicom AS4837, as our contract has come to an end.
We have made the decision not to renew our partnership, and as such, we will be discontinuing our connection with China Unicom.
Beyond that, DMIT is getting in touch with multiple ISPs to discover more solutions for better Chinese connectivity at an affordable price, but there is no guarantee.
If your VM has a good deal, like double resource, we encourage you to keep your VM for a while.
In light of this change, we would like to inform you that our DMIT standard product has been renamed to SJC.T1.
We understand that our customers may have concerns regarding refunds, especially considering the numerous promotions we have run in the past year.
DMIT will be reviewing refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund or have any concerns or questions, we kindly ask that you contact our support team by submitting a ticket through our website.
We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to adapt and grow.
Our team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience, and we look forward to assisting you with any inquiries you may have.
Should you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact our support team via ticket; we will be more than happy to help.
Thank you for your continued support and for choosing DMIT as your trusted service provider.
Best regards,
DMIT Inc.
